Turtle Bay

 

A well-established popular hotel, set in ten acres of tropical gardens.

Situated on spectacular Watamu Beach.

Facilities at Turtle Bay
Three restaurants and 3 bars, 1 with regular evening entertainment and waiter service around the pool and beach. Leisure facilities include 2 pools (1 for over 18s only), jacuzzi, children's pool & kids' club (aged 4-12 years), tennis and volleyball. Water sports include windsurfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling.
Various charges payable locally.

Accommodation at Turtle Bay
145 air-conditioned rooms with bath/shower, ceiling fan, tea/coffee making facilities and balcony or patio. Super club rooms (2 adults & 2 children using fold-away beds) have partial ocean view.

WATER SPORTS: Basic & intermediate windsurfing and catamarans (first lesson chargeable). Introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool.

Transfer Time to Turtle Bay
Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes from Mombasa airport. Approximately 30 minutes from Malindi airport.

Turtle Bay is closed from 2 May - 3 June (subject to change).

Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers and a tailored shirt for dinner at the Blue Turtle Restaurant.

From May to September the beaches in Watamu are subject to seaweed and tidal variance.
