Ruaha River Lodge

 

The Ruaha River Lodge was the first camp built in the area, and must take credit for choosing one of the most spectacular locations imaginable. The lodge extends along the rocky shores of the Great Ruaha River, in an area where there is rarely a view without a dash of wildlife to colour it.

Set around a series of rocky kopjes on a bend in the Great Ruaha River, in Ruaha National Park, blending seamlessly into its surroundings and affording views up and down the River.

Offers breakfast by the River, two dining rooms and a bar, each with stunning views. Leisure facilities include game drives and bush walks.

28 rooms with en suite bathroom with shower and verandah (2 adults).

Note: The camp is closed from mid March to the end of May.
